Excellent communication. I knew my cats were being cared for with love. Looking forward to our next vacation knowing we have a perfect caretaker.

Erin came to watch my cat Samatha for 3 days. She did a great job. Erin gave daily accounts on Sammy that put me at ease. I would definitely have her watch Sammy again!!

Elisa was responsive and sent detailed photos with each visit. She also responded well despite my cat having bitten her (a previously unseen behavior) and completed the visits.

Being my first time on the Rover app, obviously you can get a bit nervous when finding someone to watch your fur children. Meeting Caroline for the first time and seeing the care she had for my pets, put my nerves to ease incredibly quickly. She was incredibly responsive, empathetic, and clearly has a way with pets.
