Ace is the best! I broke my leg and couldn't do the prep I would otherwise for their visit. She were so helpful with getting my babies fed. She is incredibly reliable and did today's visit on really short notice because I was in a pinch. She should 100% be your first choice for care.

Jocelyn did a great job caring for my 2 shy cats! They were happy to see me when I got home and she even offered to do an extra feed if my flight was delayed. Thanks!

Kelli (& Jeff) did an amazing job watching my cat, Halsey. He is a shy boy, so I was so pleased to get updates from Kelli showing them bonding. He took to her pretty fast and knowing that he was well made my travels so much more relaxing. Kelli also kept my plants alive and even washed the sheets so I would have a clean bed when I returned. It was such a sweet, and appreciated act. I would definitely recommend Kelli & Jeff E. and use them again. I was extremely pleased with their service, and most importantly, I think my cat was too.

Caroline was amazing! We've never used Rover before, but none of our usual sitters were available. We were hesitant with Rover because we have never had someone we don't know watch our babies. Because of this, I wrote long and detailed instructions, wanting to make sure everything was communicated, knowing that it was a lot to take in. Caroline stepped in and absolutely shined. She followed every instruction, and updated us on every part of her visits. I genuinely felt like my boys were in good hands the whole time! Will be reaching out to her again next time we need a sitter!

Clarise dropped in on my 2 cats a few times while I was away on vacation for a week. I asked her to stop by the house, make sure they had plenty of food and water, clean the litter box, and give them lots of love and attention while I was away. Clarise went above and beyond my expectations during her visits. During our initial meet and greet, Clarise was very attentive to everything I was saying. She took notes and ensured she understood exactly what was expected of her. She is very kind and compassionate with animals - you can tell she loves them! While we were away Clarise would message me on Rover to give me updates of the cats, send pictures, and let me know how they were doing. I got some very cute pictures and videos of my cats. Everything we asked of her was completed during her visits. She went above and beyond our expectations. Upon our arrival back home, Clarise had left us notes about each individual visit (this was on top of the summary we received on Rover). Her notes are very detailed. It was very clear that our cats were visited by a compassionate and caring sitter while we were away. We definitely plan on inviting Clarise back to check on our cats next time we go away. Well this was my 1st time using this app. At first I wasn't too sure but eventually decided to try it. Best decision ever. My sitter was Marissa, I told her that I was scared to leave my cats but she made me feel comfortable and sure about trying it out. After meeting her in person, I knew they were going to be in great hands. She sent me photos of my babies and texted how her visit went. This made my vacation easier lol.
