I found Rita through the Rover App when I was unexpectedly admitted to the hospital. With my cats home alone I needed help— Rita has been wonderful - reliable, communicative through video chats, thorough with info on the cats. I’m lucky to have found her and I’ve already booked her for next week. Her daily attention to the cats allows me to relax and recover. Thanks Rita and Rover!

Aja was fantastic! She took her own notes and was flexible when I discovered they I had not updated my address in the app. The dogs seemed happy and comfortable in the pictures and videos that she sent. She was even able to complete the difficult task of giving one of the dogs his joint medicine which he does not like. She was very detailed in her reports and cleaned up when the dogs made a mess. We would absolutely hire her again!

Bria was amazing ! Definitely rebooking her again. During the meet and greet I could tell she was such a sweet person and good with dogs (my boy loved her). It was my first time using Rover so she reassured me everything will be okay and sent plenty of pictures of updates of my fur baby while I was gone. When finding a pet sitter it can be challenging to find the right person. I have had a mixed bag, with good bad and ugly, as in not showing up. However, I can say without any reservations that Sereniti was extraordinary! She is a hidden gem 💎 in this industry, and you will have to book her too find out.

This was our first time using Nyair for kitty care and Thor and Spicy took to her easily. She was on time for all scheduled feeding and clean-up times. I appreciated the photos she shared with me while I was away so that I felt close. The kitties and I look forward to seeing her again.
