Heather was wonderful! This was my first time using a sitting service and was unsure about how my senior kitty would react to a stranger coming in every day. Heather provided photos, which put me completely at ease, and Sebastian completely warmed up to her. When we returned, he acted like he never even missed us! Simply put Naya is incredible. She is the best rover sitter I’ve ever had. She is the first stranger my cat has loved. She is always on time and goes above and beyond for my cat. She’s patient, caring, and attentive to his needs. Her schedule is incredibly flexible, and she responds almost immediately to any message. If I could give more stars, it would be 10.

With help of Michaela, we finally found a solution for boarding our cat! After attempts with boarding locations, having Michaela drop in resulted in our shy cat being happy and not stressed. Great experience for the cat and us!
