Rachele is friendly, professional, and communicative. My cat needed oral medication and ear drops twice a day and Rachele was comfortable with that and did a great job administering the medications. Leticia did a great job taking care of my cat Madison. Madison is a loner and doesn't warm up to people but he trusted Leticia from the start. I loved the photos and videos that she forwarded to me.
