Very happy with Crystal. Some people find my dog somewhat intimidating because he is a 'growly' type talker (Hey...I don't blame them! Something that looks like a bear cub or wolf growling at you, even nicely gets your attention) Crystal has handled it with ease, and I can tell a definite mood shift when I return home when he has had walk time. He wants even more play / growl / outdoor time! Thanks Crystal - and will continue to use Crystal for my dog. Very pleased.
