Dog Boarding in Cheltenham

My pup love loves her stays with Monica and her family. Her daily updates and the level of detail and care that is placed into caring for my dog leaves my feeling confident every time I travel.

Rose was absolutely wonderful! She took GREAT care of our beautiful kitten, Webie!

Lindsay took excellent care of Penelope. I received frequent updates and photos, all of which showed my pup having an excellent time. At pickup, my pup looked happy and healthy. I would highly recommend Lindsay and she will definitely be our go to from here on out whenever we go out of town!

Meeka exceeded any expectations i could’ve had. I’ve never had to board my dog but she made me and my dog feel safe and loved. highly highly recommend her!!!

We couldn’t be happier with our dogs first stay with Vanessa and Giovanni. They were the best care takers and trainers of our dog and his brother! The level of care was unmatched. From the detailed daily video, pictures, and texts, we knew they were in the best of care. Thank you once again and will for sure be a repeat client!

Five stars isn’t enough! Lynette and Vincent are the best! They have been taking care of our fur girl whenever we have had to travel for a few years , and we always know she’s getting the best care. We get pictures and updates throughout her stay with her second family. She’s always happy to see them at drop off so we know she’s happy too. 😊

My only regret is waiting this long to post a stellar review for Ashley. I had been looking high and low for a sitter on rover, and after every meet and greet, my dog and I were turned down. I met with Ashley and her sons, and I instantly felt relieved that I had found a sitter, and would be able to go on my vacation comfortably. Well later that night, Ashley informed me that my dog wasn't adjusting well, and was bucking and barking at the family. I couldn't understand what changed because she was just playing with everyone, and was doing well! She is an anxious dog, but when I saw the video of her playing with the family, I thought everything was going to be fine. The next day, I was on standby with my back-up plan since I was going out of town. We didn't know if we should give it time, or if we should go with the back up plan, since she was shaking. Eventually, we ended up contacting another rover sitter who came over, and worked with Ashley to do what ended up being the best for my dog which was transition from Ashley's home to hers. Ashley and her family gets huge kudos because they worked hard to do whatever it took to make my dog happy and comfortable in my absence. This was my first time using Rover, and how lucky was I to find such a caring sitter. Thank you Ashley for doing whatever it took to keep my dog safe and happy. If you are looking for a sitter please meet with Ashley and her team. They are excellent!

Denise was great!!! I had to use River app since my normal sitter was unable to care for my fur baby. This is my third time using Rover app. Denise sent lots of pics and videos throughout the one night stay. Definitely recommend her services.

I've left my pup Michelle with Candis on three separate occasions and have nothing but the best to say about Candis- I am able to travel without any worry of how the pup is doing since Candis provides frequent updates, pictures and videos of them having a great time. Michelle enjoyed staying with Candis so much the first couple of times that the last time I dropped her off- she was giddy with joy upon seeing her again. She's the first person I look up if I am planning on traveling!

Zulma and her family were awesome. I highly recommend her to watch your fur baby. Chloe was treated as their own. I can tell that Chloe was well loved and cared for. I look forward to using Zulma again!!!

Mrs. Diane was awesome. So far she has kept my Leo twice. She did an excellent job. My dog was super excited to see her the second time which gave me comfort in knowing he was in good hands. She sent daily updates and was even kind enough to send him goodies home. My dog got along well with her dogs. She will definitely be my go to person for dog care whenever I need it. She is an amazing lady who truly has a passion and love for dogs. If I could give her a 100 stars I would.

We hired Brandon care for our dog, Winston. Winston is a 5 month old Morkie who is spoiled rotten. Brandon arrived to pick up Winston from our home at 6:30am as agreed. Actually he arrived a few minutes early - 6:28am. We were pleasantly surprised. He picked up Winston and off they went. Brandon sent videos, pictures and text messages throughout Winston stay to show us how he was adjusting. Brandon’s delivered Winston back to us safely and in excellent condition. We highly recommend Brandon for boarding your pet.

Carlton was very communicative, sent photos and videos of our pup - put up with Bear having a bit of a rough adjusting period in the new environment. We'd definitely book with Carlton again, and would recommend him!

Latoya is Awesome!! This was my first time using Rover and it won’t be my last. Latoya watched Osco for two days and sent me updates and pictures of Osco, which was Awesome. Osco had so much fun with Latoya and her family this weekend, he’s missing her already. I appreciate her and will definitely use Latoya services again . ?????

Dee, Is awesome with my 5-6 pound Yorkshire. She needs attention and affection and she gets it from Dee. Sugar loves her visits with Dee as her broader.

This was my dog Sammie's first visit with Roxsand and her 3 pups, I must say I was very pleased with the service and Roxsand was very friendly and professional, Sammie seemed to have a good time, she sent pictures of their walks and playing in the backyard, Sammie loves long walks, I will be using Roxsand in the future.

Tanita, Terrence and their family were absolutely amazing. Our cat quickly warmed up to them. The communication and pictures they sent daily kept us informed of how he was doing and was a welcomed sight to see him fitting right in to their environment and gave us peace of mind to know he was being well cared for. It's hard to find people and places that board cats so we were elated to find them. We will definitely use them again.
