Kaitlin was wonderful with my two pups on short notice, and then with a last minute extension due to a cancelled flight. She sent lots of photos and was very communicative. I will definitely use her in the future.

This was our first long trip away from home since we moved to the area last year. We have two relatively low maintenance cats, but, as many know, it can be stressful trying to find the best person to check in on the fur babies when you go out of town. Chanelle mitigated this stress entirely. She was quick to respond to the initial request and extremely flexible when it came time to setting up the pre-trip visit (e.g., meet-and-greet, how to navigate our not-straightforward apt complex). She is very understanding and easy to connect with. I found her very trustworthy and reliable. During our week away she sent time-stamped pictures for every visit - something we didn't request, but was very much appreciated. We will definitely be reaching out to Chanelle for our next visit.

Aneesa is the best! She was so warm and caring with our fur baby, and so professional and communicative by sending detailed status updates and pictures that gave us so much reassurance while we were away. What a lovely human and wonderful pet sitter!
