Ashley was wonderful! She cared for our senior cat while we were away for a week. Her communication was top notch and she was always prompt for our cats medication schedule. Ashley went above and beyond to make sure our cat was comfortable and we will definitely be booking with her in the future.

Victoria is one of the highlights of our fur babies days! We love that she gives them the loves, attention, and activity they truly enjoy. ❤️ She is super reliable, trustworthy, friendly, and thorough. great attention to detail! kept us up to date on the goings-on with our cats and let us know of any changes in their behavior. though probably too good at his job -- genie will be mad when her new friend doesn't come visit as often. 😂 10/10 would request again.

This was my first time having a Rover come by to feed my cats when I went on a weekend trip. I used to get friends or family to come by, but that is a thing of the past. I am raving about Rover! Ashleigh went above and beyond on her visits. Not only did she come by to feed and water them, she played with them and even brushed them. They look like brand new cats! Best part was getting pictures and updates on her visits— it really put me at ease and allowed me to enjoy my weekend trip. I really hope Ashleigh is available the next time I head out of town.

As a first-time Rover user with a shy cat, I was nervous about having someone new check on my kitty periodically. We really lucked out with Rachel. Rachel was patient with my many questions and walked me through Rover’s process. My cat allowed Rachel to pet her and even ate her food when Rachel was around, which is huge! I will absolutely book Rachel again the next time our schedules align! I recommend Rachel whether you’re a seasoned Rover user or a novice. Rachel is someone who definitely knows what they are doing and seeks to make your pet as comfortable as possible in your absence.
