Alexa is the BEST! Kiko had a very hard life before we adopted her last June, and is very fearful. I don't know what it is, but Alexa brings out something in her, and she just loves having Alexa around. I say that we didn't pick Alexa, Kiko did, and that is 100% true. Jeannine is the best! Always prompt and sends great pictures. Our cats love her (and one is a little picky) and we are so thankful to her for taking wonderful care of them.

Kelly was the perfect person to care for our 2 cats while we were out of town. From the initial meet & greet to the detailed daily updates with lots of pictures we could tell she truly cared. Our usually timid cats quickly warmed up to her (the squeeze-ups helped.. lol) and by the end they were getting lots of pets & chin scratches. We will definitely reach out to Kelly in the future & highly recommend her.

As a first time user of Rover, I was initially nervous to book a sitter for our cats, but Alex was quick to respond and super friendly! I appreciated her communicativeness and the daily photos/check-ins. My cat Lana immediately warmed up to her, and our hidden, anxious cat Oliver got paid some special attention. She saved us from stress during our last-minute vacation and we would definitely book Alex again!

Jasmine is always awesome with our cat. She’s great with giving her her meds and getting her to take her inhaler, and I always feel better about leaving her knowing that Jasmine will make sure she’s loved.
