Nikki was great at watching my two cats while I was away. Having experience with her own two cats, she was able to understand both of their personalities really well and take wonderful care of them. They enjoyed her company. Leaving pets is always stressful but Nikki made it stress-free for us! Will definitely be reaching out to her again in the future.

Although I ended up having to cancel my trip so Ashley/Olivia didn’t end up doing the drop in visits, Olivia was great at the drop-in visit I scheduled before our trip! My chinchillas took to her immediately. Gus, our fiestiest boy, happily accepted cheek scritches from her and another one of my chins even let her pick him up :) That says a lot about how she interacts with animals because as prey animals, trust doesn’t come easily to chinchillas. She also asked a lot of important questions about their care which I appreciated. She was super responsive and flexible about when I came to pick up my key from her. I would feel at ease with her taking care of my pets the next time I need care for them!

Emily was absolutely wonderful with my cat, Tiger! From the very beginning, she was attentive, gentle, and genuinely caring. She kept me updated with messages and photos, which gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. Tiger was relaxed, happy, and clearly well cared for when I returned — always the best sign. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and loving to care for their pet. Thank you so much, Emily!

Grateful to Tabitha for taking care of Luna and Oliver while we were out of town! Luna was happy for the company and both cats were well taken care of during the visit.

Melinda cared for our Ozzie as if he were her own. Lots of photos sent and we never worried about him while we were on vacation. Ozzie loves Melinda!

My wife and I went away for a 9-day trip, and Priscilla boarded our lively, 4-month puppy and we arranged that she would drop in on our 2-year old cat every other day. Priscilla suggested that she could bring the puppy with her when she visited our cat. This was a great suggestion! Priscilla is sweet, and she took care of our animals as though they were her own. I'd recommend her pet sitting and boarding services to anyone.

Samantha was awesome. She communicated every day and took very good care of my boys, Sunny and Max—including giving Sunny his daily insulin shot. She sent photos every day too. She is super-friendly and totally reliable and professional. I am so happy I’ve found a super-reliable cat sitter, and I look forward to working with her again soon.

Jenny was great! Our cat is usually distressed and extra needy when we get back home, but he was actually pretty chill this time since Jenny gave him enough love and treats. She also went above and beyond with helping with a small house issue we had while we were away.

This was my first time using rover and I was very nervous leaving my Chloe with a stranger but Lorena was a fabulous sitter. She communicated with me and asked questions to learn more about Chloe’s personality. I would definitely use her again.

Clarice was wonderful! Always quick to respond to messages, followed all instructions, sent lots of photos, and kept me updated every day. Will definitely be requesting again!

Alisha was a great drop-in sitter and provided great company for my cat while I was out during the holiday. She is flexible with her schedule and responds in a timely manner. I had one potential emergency request and Alisha was able to go address it outside of the regular check-in time which was very nice!
