Dog Boarding in Emmitsburg

Chloe was amazing! Rosie is still a puppy, and was a bit timid at the beginning of her visit. Chloe was so patient with her and introduced her to the other pups very slowly. After a few days, she was having a ball playing with everyone. She was also able to sleep with her at night, which made us both very happy! Rosie will definitely be visiting Chloe and the pack again!

Can’t say enough good things about Stephanie and her family. They welcomed our pup into their home and treated him like he was theirs. The kids are great with the pups, and their dog is great too!

Jerin was an excellent babysitter for our dog Scout! She communicated in a timely manner, shared photos from Scout's stay, and was accommodating when it came to pick up and drop off times. Scout loved running around in her fenced backyard and playing with her adorable dog. When we picked him up, he had played so much that he slept in the car ride home! She took great care of our baby!

Sarah did a terrific job -- provided boarding for my dog for a few weeks as I recovered from surgery. She sent daily messages and pictures about their activities. It was so reassuring for me to know that Maggie was being cared for in a loving home by a caring family -- SO much better than a kennel (particularly important for dogs that are nervous or suffer from separation anxiety)! Sarah couldn't have done a better job. She both helped Maggie adjust to her temporary home, and provided me with peace of mind during my recovery.

My dog has the absolute time of his life at Sandra’s over a 5 day visit. He made so many friends and came home so happy and sleepy. Sandra provided so many pictures and was very kind to him.

SheI took great care of our dog. She took her to the vet and an administered medication. Ellen was flexible with the drop and pick up. Highly recommend Ellen.

Your furbabies will be so well looked after here, we can't recommend Jeannie and Robert highly enough. They care for your pets like they're their own, their facilities are great, and they will keep in constant touch with you whilst you're away. One of our pups had an issue during her stay and I was so thankful for the calm, practical approach - even though we were 3000 miles away I felt our babies were in good hands! We boarded out dogs here for a week and will do so again next vacation, if they have space. Thanks so much to you all. This was a real family effort and it was heartwarming to see how much they missed you all when they got home! The dogs got a vacation too!

Our dogs Penny and Brody had a wonderful stay with Curtis and Lindsay. They were wonderful hosts and accepted our "last minute" booking. They provided regular feedback including pictures and videos of our dogs running and playing in their yard. We will definitely try to book with them again in the future.

Marieliz & family were wonderful with my shorkies. My girls stayed with her for 5 days and it's like a home away from home for them. She was very sensitive, patient & attentive to each dog's needs & quirks. She makes sure she checks & informs me any unusual behaviors. I loved receiving pics, videos and daily summary of my babies day. We are definitely calling her again. I recommend Marieliz hands down... SHE IS THE BEST!

Rosa did such a great job caring for our dog! She sent us pictures and updates. Our dog came home happy and tired from all the fun she had. We can’t wait for her to stay with Rosa again!

This was the perfect situation for my anxious 10 pound rescue. Adrianne and her husband were so patient with Maddie and understanding of her fears. It was the first time leaving her due to her anxiety but knew it would be best. I am truly so fortunate that I found this couple. The yard was perfect and they had a small dog for Maddie to connect with! I highly recommend them to care for your fur baby!

Michelle was absolutely fantastic! She's super friendly and it sounded like my dog got spoiled (in the best way) while staying here. Great communicator and care taker!

Kristine is always wonderful with my dog Louie! This is the second time she has watched him and we’ve had a great experience. He always comes back happy. She sends lots of photos and videos. Would definitely recommend and we will be using her in the future!

Lily thoroughly enjoyed her stay with Chrissy & Lucy! Lily got many walks and even a trip to the dog park! Chrissy was also very communicative and sent many pics.

Renee (her husband and dogs) took amazing care of our high energy, needy dog for a long weekend. She got us out of a last minute bind when another boarder didn’t work out the day before we left. Great communicator, sends pics and updates of our dog each day. Our dog absolutely loves her dogs and staying at their house. Our dog stayed with Heather and in every picture she sent, he looked like he was living his best life. He came home and immediately flopped on the couch, exhausted by all his happy running and playing.

Hugo was so well cared for while staying with Ruth. He seemed at ease immediately and seemed to have a wonderful time while staying there. We received daily updates and photos, more than we even expected. The communication was excellent throughout, and it made us so at ease and able to focus on our trip, knowing that Hugo was being cared for and that if there were any important updates we would be promptly informed. Hugo had an excellent time for the entirety of his stay and we loved seeing him hanging out with Tazzz and generally being cozy and comfortable. Hugo was treated with care, love and attention and really seemed to like being there. When I picked up Hugo, he was excited to see me (and I got a nice video of the experience!) and then he was so calm and happy on the drive home. At home he seemed relaxed and genuinely refreshed from his stay, which really reinforced our feeling that he was in good hands. We would definitely have Hugo stay with Ruth again. Emily is FANTASTIC! Ozzy was I heaven. She is a phenomenal sitter. I can’t imagine trusting my pup with anyone else. He had the time of his life running around and playing to his heart’s content then cuddling up on the couch for snuggles.
