Emily was absolutely wonderful with my cat, Tiger! From the very beginning, she was attentive, gentle, and genuinely caring. She kept me updated with messages and photos, which gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. Tiger was relaxed, happy, and clearly well cared for when I returned — always the best sign. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and loving to care for their pet. Thank you so much, Emily!

Although I ended up having to cancel my trip so Ashley/Olivia didn’t end up doing the drop in visits, Olivia was great at the drop-in visit I scheduled before our trip! My chinchillas took to her immediately. Gus, our fiestiest boy, happily accepted cheek scritches from her and another one of my chins even let her pick him up :) That says a lot about how she interacts with animals because as prey animals, trust doesn’t come easily to chinchillas. She also asked a lot of important questions about their care which I appreciated. She was super responsive and flexible about when I came to pick up my key from her. I would feel at ease with her taking care of my pets the next time I need care for them!

Rachel went above and beyond for our pets! With great communication, detailed notes, and daily photos, we knew our cats and rabbit were in good hands.

Sabine was amazing as always! We have a couple of high maintenance kitties and she takes great care of them, including giving an inhaler and sending great pics :D

Tiffany is absolutely amazing! We have to used her for our babies many trips. They love her, and she takes the best care of them! She is so flexible and easy to work with.

Clarice was wonderful! Always quick to respond to messages, followed all instructions, sent lots of photos, and kept me updated every day. Will definitely be requesting again!

Heather was doing amazing job!!! Thank you so much!!! Everything agreed was done during each visit and even more. When we came home after 2.5 weeks everything was just how we left it, clean and organized and cat was happy. We really liked photos and visit review after each visit. We would highly recommend Heather 👍!!!

We have had Nikki watch our two cats a couple of times now, and we have no intention of looking for anyone else. Nikki is loved by the cats, and always gets one of our cats his meds (no matter how stubborn he is). Nikki is nothing short of awesome

We absolutely adore Martha. She has now watched our two higher needs cats twice, and I cant give her enough praise. She really has taken the time to know both of them and tailors her approach to what works for them. Martha is communicative and takes the time to send lots of pictures to reassure us that the boys are good while we're gone. Thank you Martha for all you do.
