Professional, patient, understanding. Our Lil'Pumpkin is a bit temperamental and Miss Shannon has been taking her time for her to warm up. She also barks at every loud noise and requires extra understanding!

I am thankful to have met Steven, during the time I was my daughter’s pet caregiver. Which I have never owned a dog as an adult, so I was figuring it out. He was a real blessing for me and him during the time he was in my care. Steven communicated well and gave detail outline of his time with her pet. He was very observant of her pet’s mood and temperament. He followed our request and went above. He would take extra time to play with her cocker spaniel. Steven is a real animal lover, his actions showed it. Steven had access to my personal space when I was not home, he was always respectful. He would also take extra time to play with my daughter’s pet. At times I would request Steven at the last moment, not intentionally, and he would usually be available and was alway on time or earlier. What can I say, Steven is a reliable, trustworthy individual who will take great care of your pet. I would definitely use his service again

Above and beyond! Carly walked Bo for over an hour, and for more than 2 miles, in frigid temps!! We are grateful she was up for giving him a long walk!

Miranda is professional, punctual and a very nice person. She came in with the right questions. She listened and followed directions perfectly. All of our babies have taken to Miranda and are doing well with her visits. We are pleased with Miranda's service. We have booked Miranda for future visits and for a upcoming vacation.
