Melanie was great. She was interested to learn about our cat's habits and needs, as well as his likes/dislikes and feeding schedule. She clearly was interested in making him comfortable while we were away. Mission accomplished! Our cat seemed happy and enjoying her visits during her detailed daily summaries of how he was doing. Xin is amazing! She takes such good care of my cats. They really love playing with her. I was so shocked because my girl cat usually hides from new people, but with Xin she came out the first time for pets. Xin is very friendly and is an excellent communicator. I'm so glad that I met her!

This is the second time I have booked Elizabeth for taking care of my cat. She sent lots of photos and vids and was communicative. When there was an issue with my cat’s access to his litter box, Elizabeth responded promptly and was back to my apartment within minutes to resolve the issue!

This is the second time Sophia has sat for my cat. We went away for a week and she smoothly navigated coming into our apartment, which is often difficult for people. I even texted her during our time away and requested that she helped give my cat his inhaler and she watched the video I sent and figured it out, giving him his inhaler daily. Rachel was attentive, communicative, and reliable from start to finish. I appreciated that she recommended that she meet my dog before her scheduled first visit with my dog so that Pru would know who she was when she came to walk her. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel like my dog was in great hands while I was away! I would absolutely work with Rachel again.

Jessica was great. She filled in for a couple days when our regular dog sitter was unavailable. She was very loving with our two dogs and spent a lot of time with them. Jessica was also very communicative and responsive and provided regular updates with pictures and videos. Highly recommended.
