Robin cared for our furry family member like he was her own, going above and beyond to make him feel comfortable, loved, and safe! She provided daily updates with photos and notes about our dog’s activities and mood. It was so nice to see him happy and thriving while we were away! Robin’s home was welcoming, and perfectly suited for pets to feel at ease. Our pet received plenty of exercise, playtime, and cuddles, and it was obvious that Robin took the time to get to know his personality and preferences. My dogs weren’t even excited to see me when I picked them they enjoyed being with her so much! My dogs can be hard to win over and I was worried about our boy because he has never stayed with anyone before. Hazel had a tooth pulled a week before leaving for the holidays. It was very stressful for me as Hazel is my first ever pet in my life. She means a lot and the updates O received from Tanya helped me enjoy the holidays so much more and really put my mind at ease. Further her attention to details about Hazel's energy changes and her nose healing updates just made me feel so at ease that she was cared for. This is our 2nd stay with Kim and she knows we will be back! She treats our dog like we would treat her and she checks in regularly. Even when we had to push our pick up time back twice she was ok with it!

My pup had a great time staying with Ashley for a few days. This was the first time I was boarding my 8 month old puppy and Ashley made sure that my pup was comfortable and well looked after, and sent me regular updates throughout the stay. Carrie and her kids took wonderful care of MIllie! She didn't even seem that excited to see me - think she wanted to stay! Carrie was not phased at having to administer medication for an ear infection and giving allergy medicine, let Millie sleep with her and even did arts and crafts with her. I picked her up and received a fall picture of a tree with Millie's paw prints as the fall leaves - can't wait to frame it! I'll definitely be using again.

Absolutely incredible experience. It was my first time using Rover and I reached out from the hospital during a family emergency. Justine was the first to respond and she was kind, clear, and reliable from start to finish. She and her family truly stepped up and took wonderful care of my dog, Toast. I rarely leave reviews, but she earned this one. I would book with her again without hesitation.

Our dog came back from Shane and Brittany's quite tired, which is saying something. We got some great pictures and appreciated the updates we got during the 2+ week stay. They are also conveniently close to BWI, making a pick up and drop off really easy to coordinate with a flight.

The last sitter I booked canceled my booking three days before my trip without any warning. I was horrified and very frustrated. I found Marliez and I can’t say enough about her! She was so wonderful to my fur babies. She was so kind to me. I did not worry one bit with her watching my dogs. I had pictures every day,even videos with updates. I thank her for her professionalism and kindness. I will only use her for my dog sitting needs for now on!
