Carolyn was amazing!! She set our time to meet our dog before her first visit and came prepared with a clipboard and took notes. She was very responsive, professional and kind. Michael is attentive to the details when he takes care of my dogs. Today he noticed that I’d accidentally left a door open that could have led to them getting out - he contacted me to check if it was intentional and took care of it right away when I confirmed it was a mistake. Michael is the best :)
