I had a fantastic experience with Emily! She stepped in last minute to take care of my dog, ensuring he was fed, taken out, and received plenty of quality time. This was our first time using Callie. Originally she was to come every other day for three weeks. Our cat developed pancreatitis prior to our leaving. She quickly agreed to come 2xs per day for the initial 9 days to complete medication regimen, then came every other day. She was reliable with this plan. Our cat continued to heal and return to his normal healthy self. I only wished that Callie had more time to spend per visit with Buster, although Callie said she would “check-in” after being at the house for awhile which would be more than the “5-10” minute average it showed each visit. It would help to have Callie check-in right when she arrives at the door so a more accurate time span would be recorded. We did appreciate her flexibility in helping with unexpected medical needs.
