Jaclyn was the best dog walker we’ve ever had! I’d previously relied on friends and family, but this holiday weekend, all my usual friends and family seemed to be leaving town. I’m so grateful that Jaclyn updated her availability and was able to watch our dog, Duke, with such short notice. I’ve never used Rover before, but she made it so easy! She sent pictures and gave updates on how Duke was doing. Knowing she took such good care of my dog, was so reassuring that I was able to finally relax and enjoy my trip! When our vacation didn’t go as planned, and we had to adjust the return dates, she updated the app and ensured the dates and times were adjusted. Brianna was a FABULOUS dog walker while we were on vacation! She was punctual, thorough and communicative during the week. The photos of Laila on her walks were priceless!! Laila can be feisty and Brianna knew just what to do. I highly recommend Brianna as a dog walker and will use her again for our next vacation.
