Emily was absolutely wonderful with my cat, Tiger! From the very beginning, she was attentive, gentle, and genuinely caring. She kept me updated with messages and photos, which gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. Tiger was relaxed, happy, and clearly well cared for when I returned — always the best sign. We have been looking for a Rover to look after our senior dachshund when we are away, luckily we found Olivia! She takes great care of Frankie and makes sure that he is well taken care of. It definitely eases our mind when we are traveling. We have already had several bookings with Olivia and have more on the schedule.

James went above and beyond our expectations. He listened and asked questions about caring for our 2 german shepherds, chihuahua and cat. He was on time and sent a detailed description and photos each visit. We will definitely be using him again!
