Dog Boarding in Harwood

Percie has found a loving family and home for when I am away. I am so happy to have found Kelly & Maurice, and I genuinely know they adore my pup. The pics and videos they send show how much Percie loves them. I never worry when he’s there visiting with his ‘aunt and uncle’.

This was the first time we had to leave our dog with someone while away. We chose Elaine based on reviews and the location. The experience was excellent!! While away, we really appreciated that Elaine sent us updates along with many photos. Our dog, Pebbles, seemed to be having a great time! When we picked her up, she was very happy! We will for sure bring Pebbles back to Elaine next time we go on vacation!

Finding Mark and his family last minute was like finding a unicorn. Mark reassured us from the get-go that not only could he handle our giant breed but he was a professional dog trainer, which let us know he’s used to all temperaments and quirks. Dropping him off, our dog immediately got comfortable with Marks wife and forgot all about me. After a weekend trip, we came back to a happy pup in good spirits who wasn’t in any particular rush to leave. We felt great leaving B with Mark and will definitely book again in the future. Thanks for taking care of our giant!

My dog was so excited to visit Jessica again, as soon as I took him out of the car he raced up the steps to her home before she was downstairs.

Donna is amazing and her love for our fur babies shows. She stayed in constant contact and sent pictures regularly. I could tell that my baby thoroughly enjoyed his time there. Donna is a keeper. Without a doubt i will be returning.

OMG! I was afraid my Fancy wouldn't want to come home-she had a WONDERFUL TIME! Lynette & Vincent are AWESOME!! This was Fancy's first stay and she was in excellent hands! THANK YOU for taking such great care of my girl! See u again soon!

Andy and Lydia were God sent. This was my first time coming across (meeting) individuals with "genuine caring hearts" towards animals as theirs. They took outstanding care of Bravo as though he was theirs. All I can say is that these two individuals are extraordinary with caring for animals. Luna, their dog, welcomed Bravo as though she knew him forever; they got along at first smell...Lol They played, played, and played. I know Bravo misses her and them a lot because it shows in the pictures with his current sitter. Puppy Palace provides the best overnight care!! Such a beautiful, kind family who prioritizes great care and strong communication. I never wondered or worries while away because Genesis sent pics and videos every day. Thank you for great service! Very very responsive. Gave me peace of mind as I had to go out of town. Was a last minute request. Listened to any concerns and requests I had. Will definitely book again.

Michelle has watched my energetic pup twice, and he’s come back tired and happy every time! She’s always very accommodating and has been flexible with pick-ups/drop-offs. We’ll definitely be using her again in future!

Jenna is an excellent sitter. She was always concerned about my cat to be comfortable and also available when I needed to get updates from my cat.

Marta was exceptional. She communicates clearly and sends lots of pictures. Our dog was so happy and clearly didn’t want to leave. They have a big backyard for the dogs to play in and were very affectionate towards our dog. Marta, was also exceptionally flexible with us and some travel mistakes we made. Thank you!

First of all, I want to thank Felicia for everything. I had a flight that changed unexpectedly, and she was very accommodating. My puppy Lola was happy, I got pictures everyday, and was very welcoming.

Chris was excellent with Chase and care for him was above outstanding. I boarded Chase with Chris for an extended stay and the pictures I received allowed me to enjoy my vacation with a peace of mind.

Beth was wonderful taking care of our Marty! We knew he was in good hands with her and we loved that she sent us pictures to keep us smiling with comfort while we were away from our little guy. Thanks again, Beth!

Mark and his family made Onyx feel at home, and it was great that there was a lot of yard space and interaction with other dogs, which Onyx does not usually get. I also appreciated the daily updates and pictures provided.

Thank you Brian for taking good care of Bambi. I got daily updates twice a day with pictures . In all the photos Bambi our dog looked so happy and I know she was well taken care of. I would highly recommend and book again !

Toby and his family have been so loving and caring towards Kewpie during her 10 day stay. They treat Kewpie as one of their own and have taken to her very quickly. Toby will send updates as (in)frequently as requested. Kewpie loves this family and enjoys the time spent with them. The ease of communication and kindness of this family is a no brainer for future bookings.
