Julia was great - she is very responsive and detail-orientated. The cats knocked over a photo frame during our trip and she cleaned up the glass for us because she knew it would be a hazard for their little paws. Great cat sitter, definitely plan to hire Julia again!

Madeline was so sweet & very reliable! This was my first time leaving both of my cats for an extended period of time (14 days) and I was super nervous but Madeline made sure to keep me updated on their progress. My boy cat is very shy but she made sure to leave out treats for him & provided clean water & food each visit. I could not be more thankful. I will for sure use her services in the future if needed. Alex took such good care of our cats and chinchillas while we were away. She sent us detailed updates and pictures every day, which I really appreciated. I definitely recommend her and would love to have her watch them again in the future!

This is my third time booking with Ruby. This time I didn't leave things as well organized as usual - I was recovering from a surgery but still had to leave town for a family funeral. Despite my lack of organization, Ruby did a phenomenal job, as always. She kept my plants alive through an unseasonable hot spell, and my two cats were happy and healthy when we got back. One of my cats is terrified of thunder, and there was a storm during one of Ruby's visit, but instead of hiding in the basement, my cat chose to hide near Ruby - that's the ultimate sign that this cat trusts someone.
