Alayna was fantastic! She helped me out on New Year’s Eve at the last minute and was very communicative. She left my house clean and my pets happy!

Sarah was amazing! She took great care of our pups and comforted them during the fireworks. She's always our go to sitter!

George is my dogs’s best friend!!! So grateful for the care Mark & George give my boys. The best rover in the area! If they stay in your house, they are the best house guests. My house looks better than I left it!

Aliyah is a great sitter and we will definitely be seeking her out in the future when we have to go out of town. She is very communicative and regularly sent photo updates. She was great about reaching out with any questions she may have had to get clarity on Dobby and Hildie's routines. Additionally, she took good care of our home as well as our dogs. We couldn't have asked for more.

Kalani took care of my senior, very picky pup when I had to leave her for a week soon after she was diagnosed with vestibular syndrome. I was SO worried about leaving her, and Kalani turned out to be a DREAM. She kept me updated with photos and videos without me having to ask, and she got her to eat and take her meds which she generally fights with all her being. Kalani really is a dog whisperer, it made my week so much easier knowing my pup was safe and in great hands. I'm very grateful.

Thank you so much for taking great care of Hampton. Karina was amazing. We came home to a happy pup. We enjoyed the updates we received and Karina put us at ease which really allowed us to enjoy our vacation. 10 out of 10 recommend. She also kept the house tidy.

Stephanie gives every piece of her being into taking care of my sweet blind dog. She kept him stimulated with scavenger hunts, massage, and lots of love. She is a rare good person. I will absolutely contact her again in the future. I feel honored to know her.

Anthony was the god-send in an urgent situation, coming on board with very short notice. Because of my situation, some of the usual steps were skipped. I didn't learn til the meet & greet that he had some long shifts at work, that required me to make additional arrangements to feed and walk the dogs on those days. In the past, rover responders have checked the needs and raised the question of whether their schedule matches my dog's needs before we get to meet & greet. Secondly, being clear about expectations/limits of pantry use would have served us both better. Finally, expectations that the fridge be left empty of the dog-sitters leftovers should have been expressed. Ultimately, my dogs were cared for. And I think Anthony is learning how to be a considerate in=home sitter.

He took amazing care of our two dogs. Scheduled a meet and greet to make sure we went over our their routine and helped us feel comfortable leaving our pups in his care. Sent lots of pictures/video updates throughout the stay. Would highly recommend!

Emily was great. This was my first time leaving Smokey with someone else. I know he was anxious, but it appears he had a good time. Couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. I highly recommend Emily if you are looking for someone.

Jasmine was absolutely amazing taking care of our dog Mimi as well as our house during our recent vacation. We received daily photo and video updates as well as detailed info about Mimi's day! Our first time leaving Mimi with a dog sitter was a tremendous success because of Jasmine and her fiancé. Jasmine is such a nice person and genuinely cares for your animals as much as you do. She even took Mimi on outings with her own dog (Bunny) and the pictures were amazing :) We will definitely be booking again with Jasmine.

Overall my experience with Justina was okay. There were communication issues on arrival. I set the arrival time for the booking to 6-10pm. By 10pm I had not heard any arrival update. It took over 30 minutes to get ahold of Justina, including calling the emergency support line and prepping to leave my event to go back home. The ultimate arrival was nearly 2 hours past the set arrival time and my dog’s walk window. I do understand there was a vehicle issue and that unexpected things happen but communication is key. I would have made this a 5-star review if I had just been kept informed prior to the late arrival. Aside from the arrival issue the rest of the weekend went smoothly. Justina completed all requested walks and feeds in addition to sending pictures during the day. She also left my home spotless and well cared for.

Bria took great care of my car, Harley, while we were away. He has a restricted diet for health issues and she followed the directions perfectly. Intend to use her services again!

Antonique was fantastic — so communicative and patient with my pup, who was not happy that Mom was gone again. I got multiple updates each day with photos and videos, so I knew my dog was in good hands! Would absolutely use her again.
