We can’t recommend Alexandra enough!! She went way above and beyond. We needed help with giving our cat new medication for a new illness when we went on a planned vacation. It was stressful for us to leave our fur baby behind, but Xan relieved so much anxiety. She successfully pilled our cat each day which is no small feat. Add to that, my dad accidentally let our other cat outside and she was lost for 4 days. Xan was so kind in helping my father (who was embarrassed and anxious) look for the missing cat then also sent photos and updates when the missing cat came home. Her communication and kindness was outstanding from the first meeting. Heck, she’s also a good human. You won’t regret working with Xan and your furry family members will thank you for placing them in such great care.

I was so happy Julie was able to come care for Dudley. We were going to be out late two evenings and unable to provide evening care for our pup. Julie came by and took him potty and gave him dinner. Julie was professional and provided follow through. We will definitely use her services again!

I've used Sharon twice and will use her again. She take very good care of Alfred while I'm overseas for work at 14-day intervals. (for more on Alfred see www.kingalfredthecat.com) while I was. Alfred is not easy to take care of: he hisses and hides and generally has bed behavior. But, Sharon was very patient with him and sent me pictures and updates telling me exactly how Alfred was feeling from day-to-day. I worry constantly about Alfred but with Sharon I feel a lot better.

Ms. Samantha is the best! She provided her services in the clutch of time and also got along with my 2 male cats in a jiff! She even convinced them to start using the cat tree that I bought for them months ago. I will definitely request her services any time I go out of town. P.s. this was my first time using Rover. 10/10 would recommend

Carla did a wonderful job with our cats! One of our cats is a little tricky and senior and she was very calm and patient with him. We got regular updates and had a wonderful time on vacation without any worries

Nani was great! Expeditious in response and pleasant in communications. This was my first time using Rover or leaving Peanut with someone he didn’t know. Nani kept me updated on Peanut while I was away, sent regular photos, and followed all instructions. I’m happy to add to her many positive reviews and I’d happily use her services again! Nia went above and beyond. She was very responsive and communicated throughout. During the visit, one of my dogs was scared and hid. Nia was so patient, she tried multiple tactics until my dog was comfortable enough to come out. That took a while, but she even stayed a little late to make sure my dogs were taken care of. I feel secure that my dogs are in good hands with Nia.

Kim is great and sent us thorough updates and pictures! We came back to 2 very happy dogs. Highly recommend and we hope to work with Kim again in the future.

Megan is so awesome with my cat Porkchop, he’s aggressive sometimes and she handles him so well and takes great care of him!
