James did a great Job for our scaredy cat. He never actually saw her but he diligently posted pictures of her presence and tried to entice her out. Any alterations were well communicated.

Jessica did an outstanding job while I was away for 2days. She made me feel comfortable allowing her into my home and my dog was comfortable with her as well. Leah was great. from the first meet and greet Mia took to here right away..she arrived as scheduled and sent pictures everyday for updates.
