Heather was INCREDIBLE!! Absolutely exceeded our expectations as first time Rover users! She was extremely helpful and was super responsive to all of our messages. Our doggies' first time with Jonathan and Jen doing daytime visits went very well! They responded quickly, showed up as agreed, did everything we asked, and sent pictures and notes. We would definitely use them again.

We loved our experience with Evangelina so much that we rebooked her foe this trip, which was twice as along as last time. She kept us thoroughly updated and sent pictures everyday. She is very fast with all communication and extremely friendly and professional. Our cat Raider was just as happy and healthy as ever when we returned.
