Arem was extremely kind and communicated well. He sent me pictures almost every day and my cat really loved him. His place was a cat’s dream home because of the big windows. I would definitely book again.

Leticia did a great job taking care of my cat Madison. Madison is a loner and doesn't warm up to people but he trusted Leticia from the start. I loved the photos and videos that she forwarded to me. It gave me peace of mind to know that he was well cared for. I hope that Leticia will be available the next time I need to be away from home for an extended period of time.

During our second round of visits, Bird showed some signs of stress. Chrissie worked diligently with me to accommodate Bird and do whatever she could to make her comfortable. I really appreciated that! She also did some extra things for us like bring up the trash cans and bring in packages. Lovely to work with her!!

Kayla did drop in visits for our cats while we were away. She’s great with communication and photo updates, and everything with the house and the cats was ship shape when we returned home.

Madison was able to watch my cat Frankie on short notice and the week of a holiday! She followed all my instructions and went above and beyond to care for him. She kept me updated with consistent communication and pictures, as well. I will be booking with Madison again :)
