I'm always nervous when I have to travel and leave my precious Serena behind, but Heather instantly put my mind at ease. From the start, she was prompt and professional, setting up a meet and greet that clearly made Serena comfortable. Throughout my trip, Heather communicated exceptionally well, providing frequent updates and sending plenty of pictures that assured me Serena was not only safe, but also enjoying herself. It’s evident that Heather is a caring and attentive pet sitter, and Serena seemed to genuinely enjoy her visits. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and we definitely hope to use Heather's services again in the future. Highly recommended!

We rebooked Camila because she did such a great job taking care of Bean (my cat). She spent so much time and engaged so well with him. He seemed very content and happy when we got back which was a relief because he is usually upset if we leave him alone for a night, and this time we were gone for over a week. If we need a sitter again for Bean, Camila is our first choice :)

Cathy did a really great job watching our sweet older kitties. One of our cats needs oral medication twice daily and she was able to accommodate this without any issues. Our shy boy even warmed up to her quickly. I felt very comfortable with our cats in her care and it allowed for a very relaxed week away.

Cindy did a wonderful job taking care of my senior kitty. He was happy and content under her care.

Catherine was extremely accommodating - we asked her to stay for extra days. She took great care of our pets and plan to always rebook with her. Highly recommend. We have 3 cats + a dog.

Shara was so friendly and responsive. Though we had a scheduling mishaps during the holidays, she was very open and forward to help figure it out for me and ultimately my cat.

Nicole helped us with watching and taking care of Tofu and Gracie. She was meticulous with her notes and took good care of them. She was very punctual and followed our instructions. We would highly recommend Nicole for your fur babies!
