Keaton, was so amazing and communicated often. They sent us great photos of our shy cat. Usually our cat doesn't come out but she was clearly in caring attentive hands.

We're already a repeat customer, but I wanted to mention that Emma was able to watch our cat during a difficult time when we needed to travel on short notice. I'm so appreciative of her communicating quickly and taking care of our girl during a very stressful time. Thank you, Emma!

I can't say enough good things about Sharmily! Leaving my fur baby, Pickles, is always stressful, but she completely put my mind at ease. From the initial meet-and-greet, I could tell Sharmily genuinely loves cats. While I was away, I received updates with a long message and photos of a happy, relaxed Pickles. It was clear Sharmily went above and beyond just feeding and greeting my fur baby. She took the time to play with Pickles, give her cuddles, and even gave her extra treats (which Pickles LOVED). I returned home to a calm and content cat and had the gift of a peaceful mind on my trip, which is the best testament to Sharmily's care. Nicole took the best care of my 2 cats 🐈‍⬛ 🐈. She was super communicative and sent pictures every time she interacted with them while I was away. I had a personal hardship while I was away and it felt very reassuring that my boys were in good hands despite my own dilemma. 10/10 would recommend and use her services again. Frankie was so responsive, communicative, respectful of my house, and - of course - so loving to my two loves. I felt so reassured getting updates every day that showed Frankie was not only giving them lots of affection and play but understood the different personalities of my cats and their individual needs. 12/10 - your pets need a Frankie.

Megan has taken great care of my very shy cat Peanut multiple times!! She communicates with photos and messages regularly and I know I can rely on her to handle anything that might come up (including Peanut knocking over his whole litter box). Iris did a great job looking after my cat over the holidays! I really appreciated how Iris left me super detailed reports and tons of cute pictures during the daily check-ins, and was a great communicator.
