Xan did an outstanding job taking care of our three cats while we were out of town for a week. They made sure our cats were fed, had fresh water daily, and kept their litter boxes clean. We got regular updates with photos, which was very reassuring. We came home to happy, well-cared-for cats and a tidy house. Really liked how responsive Erica was and how she kept us updated throughout the trip. It was fun seeing our kitties interact with her and it really helped reduce separation anxiety! Will definitely be rebooking for our next trip!

Sarah went above and beyond the call of duty. She not only fed my cats and ferals with care, but also checked on the Rumba robot, straightened the cameras, and even watered the plants. Her attention to detail and thoughtfulness were exceptional. I highly recommend her.

We were very satisfied with our first boarding experience. Smokey acclimated the sitter much faster than anticipated. He enjoyed his stay and bonded with the sitter in less than one week. We will definitely use her services again when we travel. This was a long trip (17 days) during the 2025 holiday season.
