Mariana was great from the very beginning. When I placed the request she promptly responded. I've never used the Rover app personally before, but know others that have. She guided me, providung instructions and explanations of how things worked. When providing care to my cat, she took great photos, left detailed feedback, was timely, and professional. I appreciate how her care gave me peace of mind while I was away 10s across the board. Highly recommend.

Autumn took great care of our kitties while we were away for 2.5 weeks. The cats loved her instantly and she went above and beyond keeping things clean and looking after our house while we were away. Highly recommend her and will have her come again the next time we need cat sitting and she's available!
