Byul (and her husband) were wonderful with my two cats! They provided detailed summaries and numerous pictures from each visit, and were super responsive and communicative throughout my time away. They followed food/water/litter preferences to a tee, and ensured my cats had ample play time twice a day. They were even kind enough to clean up several accidents after my cats decided that the holidays were a perfect time to start having tummy issues, and Byul and her husband made sure to monitor their behavior and checked the home for other accidents. Most importantly, my cats loved Byul and I was at ease knowing they were receiving great care. I’d highly recommend Byul and her husband if you need a pet sitter!

Melissa is my go-to for last minute business trips (sorry for the last minute, i'm trying!). My dog loves her! She's always on time, always communicates with me, I'm never out of the loop. I have a lot of anxiety with travel, but none because she's checking in on things and I know if anything, anything happens, I'll know immediately. The pictures are great, the house is kept together (no small thing, my dog is a maniac). Seriously. Pick her. PICK HER!!!!

Drop ins at the hotel worked perfectly! Our pup was a bit stressed out from traveling and being in a hotel but Nicollette was able to get her fed and walked without a hitch. We will definitely call upon Nicollette again when we come back to the area.

Paola is GREAT! I have a pretty energetic 6 month old puppy, but Paola was a professional. She has been kind and considerate. I love reading her Rover updates and the pictures of her visits. I recommend Paola and will gladly use her again in the future.

Audrey provided such good care to our dog while we were away! Our pup has a quirky personality and he warmed right up to her. She was very detailed in her communication with me and sent plenty of photos to keep me updated. We will definitely use her again!
