Return client: Xin did an incredible job. My apartment community presented multiple issues allowing her access even after things were planned ahead of time. Regardless, of this and it being a holiday weekend, Xin made multiple trips back to the my Cat to make sure he received the care he needed. Being so reliable even when presented with complications tells me everything there is to know about her responsibility and work ethic. But it’s more than just work, she will care for you pets as her own. She made sure my little guy had what he needed, and all the chin scratches too. I can’t recommend Xin enough.

Sophia was great! She arrived for the meet and greet and visit promptly and seemed to care a lot that our kitty was getting everything she needed. She communicated with us well and answered any questions we had.

Emi was great! Our senior kitty was well cared for and fed while we were away. A slightly complicated feeding regime was no problem. Highly recommend.

Andrew did a great job taking care of our our two cats! He followed our instructions and contacted me to let me know the litter robot looked like it was having an issue. He was very helpful and we will definitely ask him to watch our pets again.

Riya is such a great pet-sitter! She took care of my cat Molly for almost 2 weeks while I was away. She’s super friendly and sent the cutest update pics. When Molly was having some trouble with her automatic feeder, Riya offered to stop in more often and even came on a holiday to make sure she was alright! I’ll definitely be booking again when Molly needs another sitter!

We have used heather’s services a few times now. She is consistently punctual, leaves very thorough review cards after each visit, and pays close attention to our pets’ needs. Her level of care is as if we were taking care of the cats ourselves. That’s a huge stress reliever when we are traveling for over a week at a time. I hope she keeps pet sitting. She is one if the best out there.

Kasey did a fantastic job taking care of our cat Smores while we were away on vacation! She was very communicative, gave detailed reports, and sent great photos and videos. It was clear that she is knowledgeable about cats and really cares about doing right by them. Most impressively, Smores is a very shy cat, but got into a routine with Kasey where she would come out for pets and treats each day. We have never seen Smores connect with anyone outside of us consistently in this way. We would highly recommend Kasey to anyone who needs a companion for your pet while you are away. She is excellent at giving the care they need and giving you much needed peace of mind.

Teresa was wonderful! She was kind and patient with our cat, who warmed right up to her. She was flexible with our schedule and took great care of our little guy!

Julianna was really easy to communicate with and we so appreciated her daily updates and photos. We have a shy senior kitty but it seemed she warmed up to Julianna towards the end which was a huge relief to us.
