Xin did an absolutely amazing job taking care of our cat while we were away in Europe. She was consistently responsive and also posted pictures, videos, and helpful updates during visits. We had complete peace of mind knowing that we could count on Xin, and we have nothing but positive things to say about Xin's care for our beloved cat. We would 100% re-book Xin if she is available during any of our future trips.

Lingshan was excellent! We had 2 cats, and one needed extra care and medication. She was able to communicate everything to us and sometimes extra. She cleaned up as directed and went above and beyond with our garbage, package, and plants. Our most scared cat even came out and hung out with her for a bit, which never happens!

Stephanie was wonderful with my dogs, on time to all visits, and communicative. She was also very professional. Would for sure use her services again.
