Dog Boarding in Royal Oak

The BEST! Jessica took good care of Max for the 4 days we were gone. She took him for nice walks and had lots of dog toys for him to play with. Most importantly, her dog is gentle and playful and was a great buddy for Max. And we got daily updates and lots of pictures and videos. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Robin was absolutely amazing! She graciously accepted our last-minute boarding request for our dog, Cesar, over the Christmas holidays and took such great care of him. Throughout our time away, she kept us updated with thoughtful messages and adorable photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. She even introduced Cesar to a new treat that he absolutely loves! It’s clear Robin genuinely cares about the pets she looks after. We are so grateful for her help and will definitely be requesting her services in the future. We highly recommend Robin to anyone looking for a kind, reliable, and attentive sitter for their fur babies!

Daphne’s stay with Elaine was wonderful. I feel so lucky that I found her on Rover and hope to use her again when the need arises. Elaine has a beautiful backyard where she could be off leash which is something that I am not used to since I live downtown. Elaine worked with her to help her make “friends” with other dogs and gave her the love and attention that she needs. A great experience.

Andy and Lydia take wonderful care of our three pups. They are very communicative and flexible with pickup and drop off times, and always send some photos of our babies. The dogs always come back exhausted like they just had the best vacation without us!

Our pup had a great stay with Michelle and her dogs! This was her first time staying with someone else and she gladly went with Michelle into her home. Michelle’s large fenced in yard put me at ease knowing our girl would have plenty of room to run without the worry of her taking off. Michelle is proactive with her communication which I really appreciated. She confirmed Izzy’s stay the day before and reached out to me first after a few hours with several photos and an update. Thanks, Michelle!

Our dog Oakley had a great stay with Lindsay and her dog coco. She was sure to send lots of pictures and updates! Her large yard was great for Oakley and coco to run and get out their energy. We will definitely be booking again!

Jean was so nice and very communicative while she took care of our Zoe for one week! We received updates and videos throughout her stay, and Jean asked questions when she had them. We enjoy that she only takes one dog at a time. We would definitely recommend Jean to anyone looking for a nice and responsible Rover!

Rachel and Ryan are great sitters. They are patient and kind. They watched my new puppy while I went on vacation and took great care of him. They sent pictures, videos and regular updates to let me know he was ok. He is still potty training and they were so patient and understanding with him. It was great to meet a couple who genuinely loves your pet like you do! I would definitely recommend them for your boarding needs.

Denise took great care of our nearly 1 year old Bernese Mountain dog. This was our first time leaving our girl overnight and Denise kept us updated each day about how it was going. We felt very comfortable leaving Ginny under Denise's care and will likely book another stay soon.

Lindsey was the absolute best. Her and her family were so sweet when we dropped our dog off. Throughout the stay, Lindsey sent me pictures and updates. My dog was sad to leave. Will definitely book with Lindsey again!!

We were grateful to find Mark with only 12 hours notice. He didn't hesitate to care for our very energetic 10 month old puppies. Our Goldens seemed quite content when we picked them up. I wouldn't hesitate to book with Mark again.

Katelyn was so awesome taking care of Eva. She sent so many photos and was always so quick to respond to my messages and changing plans. Her dog is so sweet, even to Eva (my 8lb toy poodle). Highly recommend!

This was our first time leaving Leila with anybody. She was a stray and requires a lot of attention so we were nervous. Makhayla welcomed Leila with open arms and sent videos and pictures. She made us feel like Leila was in good hands. I would definitely recommend Makhayla!

This was our first time using Rover, we are more than pleased with our experience. Ciarra was amazing, they provided the care and love our Golden Retriever needed when we were gone. We are happy he had another dog to play with as well as a little boy to snuggle with at night. Grateful they opened their home to Duke.

Definitely a great find! I live in DE and there are no sitters in my immediate area, so I decided to look along the BWI route from my home. I found Pat very accommodating; we did a "meet & great" on my way back home from NJ and I immediately booked her for my flight out of BWI in October. Pat kept me updated via email with photos of Mojo and how he was doing. When I picked him up, he wasn't in any rush to leave. I would definitely use Pat again when flying out of BWI!

Taylor was great. We met a day prior at a local dog park to make sure the dogs got along. I dropped my dog (Tiger) with a bag of his food and Taylor had everything else. Bowls, leashes, fenced yard, crates. Taylor took Tiger on long walks. When I brought Tiger home after staying with Taylor for 4 days he was the most worn out I have ever seen him. THIS IS A GOOD THING! Tiger was exercised and stimulated for 4 days. Taylor is great at this.

We booked Jenna for a 4-day stay for our dog and she was amazing! She was very responsive and reassured us during our time away with lots of updates and photos. Our pup came back happy and exhausted (and that’s tough for an energetic doodle!). We will definitely have Jenna watch our pup in the future. Highly recommend! :)

Shelby is the absolute best! Moose has a blast playing with her pup Ellie and we know he’s in great hands. Shelby also sends us tons of cute photos and treats Moose like her own.

My dog generally takes a few visits before he warms up to new people, especially when there are multiple family members in the home. This was only Cheko's second time with Ann and her family, but within hours of my dropping him off I received photos and reports of him sleeping on the laps of her family and following them around as he does me. A very quick acclimation for him, with a large part of that being the care Ann and her family provided.

Couldn’t have been more pleased with Diana’s care for my mini Aussie doodle while we were away. She is caring and attentive and instills confidence so you can have peace of mind. Definitely plan on using her services again.
