Ebony was great! She was on time, efficient, and made the effort to give Brutus affection, and play time. Her detailed reports were very good, with tons of photos and videos. I highly recommend Ebony!

Zoey took excellent care of our two cats over the holidays. She shared detailed notes and updates each day, and she communicated well upfront to be sure she understood the routine and anything to look out for. We would happily have Zoe care for the cats again in future.

Marissa has been great! She responds quickly and provided pictures during her visits. My kitty was comfortable around her and I will definitely be asking for her help in the future!!

As always, a great experience with Kristin! She took great excellent care of my 17 year old cat. She even went above and beyond by moving one of his litter boxes to the main level and showing him where it was when she noticed he was having a hard time getting up and down the stairs. He doesn’t play much anymore; he prefers to cuddle and soak up all the love. Kristin spent time giving my fur-baby plenty of love and company. Thanks Kristin!

Rachel is absolutely wonderful. She took wonderful care of my cat, and provided an additional emergency, last minute booking. I would highly recommend her to take care of your pet.

Grace was an amazing kitty caretaker while we were out of town! She made sure the cats were well taken care of, and even went above and beyond with non-pet related chores. Absolutely looking forward to booking with her again :)

I knew Eric was a great choice for a sitter when I took Puff for his meet and greet, and Puff went right to him. As I found myself very busy preparing to leave for my trip, Eric volunteered to pick up and return Puff for me. He sent frequent messages and photos, and it was such a comfort to know that Puff was in such good hands. I have already reserved two more dates for Puff to stay with Eric. The peace of mind, knowing that my kitty will be so well cared for, is indescribable. Thank you, Eric!

Excellent cat sitter! Went above and beyond to make sure our two cats were well taken care of during a week long trip. We got detailed updates after every visit with pictures which was very comforting. She put in extra effort to befriend our shy cats while respecting their space and comfort level. She was also very personable and offered to help with other tasks (bringing in our trash bins) to help keep our home safe, too. Absolutely would recommend!

When the pet hotel where my cat usually boards was booked, I panicked. I had an unexpected trip out of state that couldn’t be rescheduled. I was encouraged to try other boarding options and one option was this site. I was EXTREMELY nervous to “pick” a random stranger online to (1) come into my home and (2) take care of my baby while I was away. Yolanda’s profile stood out to me and after a few days of going back to her profile, I decided to sign up on Rover and contact her. At initial contact, she was very professional, responsive, and put me at ease. As I would be a new client, she asked to meet with me before agreeing to care for my cat. I appreciated that she wanted to meet me and my cat beforehand! That showed me that it wasn’t just about money, but also fit. We scheduled a home visit and that sealed the deal for me. She was kind, warm, friendly, and patient. Throughout my time away, she sent photos of my cat and daily progress updates that not only warmed my heart, but also made me feel at ease. This was a WONDERFUL first experience with Rover and I will definitely be using Yolanda again. She was awesome and I highly recommend her!
