Madeline was so sweet & very reliable! This was my first time leaving both of my cats for an extended period of time (14 days) and I was super nervous but Madeline made sure to keep me updated on their progress. My boy cat is very shy but she made sure to leave out treats for him & provided clean water & food each visit. I could not be more thankful. I will for sure use her services in the future if needed. Tess left me messages and pictures of Cody everyday. That was comforting. I could communicate with her as well. She was very consistent and caring. When I arrived home, Cody was glad to see me but I could see he was well cared for.
