James did a great Job for our scaredy cat. He never actually saw her but he diligently posted pictures of her presence and tried to entice her out. Any alterations were well communicated.

We had always kenneled our energetic dog and were a little unsure about using a dog sitter. Jessica immediately put our minds at ease. She quickly made a connection and was able to give our dog commands. Jessica was extremely responsive and communicated with us with each drop in. She took her for walks and fetch sessions even in the rain. She also did a great job taking care of my Mom's cat next door. We would absolutely book Jessica again.

Jordan was professional, kind and trustworthy. She followed care instructions to a tee and went above and beyond to ensure our pets were safe and cared for. I would entrust her with our pets care again and will recommend her in the future.

Grace was kind and accommodating, helping us with our girls when an unexpected need for a sitter developed. At the meet and greet, our Kaylei warmed up to her within 5 mins which never happens, but she made an immediate friend who gave her lots of belly rubs. And our old girl Ginnie loves visitors so lots of waggy tails. Both our girls knew a friend when they met Grace and we felt comfortable leaving them in her care. They’re used to having one of us around most of the time so very appreciative that Grace came several times to get them outside, feed them, apply Ginnie’s eye med, and give them the attention they like. Being a first timer on Rover, Grace helped us understand the process and kept us informed with notes and pictures as we traveled. We would recommend Grace to any dog parent, especially anyone new to finding a sitter.

Kimberly was great and helped calm down our dog who gets scared of new people. She was very communicative and let us know that our girl was okay while we were out.

Ashley took spectacular care of Tessa, our Shiba Inu. Shibas are tough to please, and Ashley did! She was prompt, responsible, and responsive. HIGHLY recommend!!

It was my first time using Rover, but Leah made everything so easy. She was flexible with adding extra visits when I had last minute travel changes and her communication was exceptional. I couldn't have asked for a better pet sitter!

Maggie accepted my last minute, summer-weekend request to watch a problem cat. So, points right off the bat. She was understanding of my frightend cat's aggression, cleaned up after her messes, and came during the requested time windows. Will definitely be returning to her in the future!
