Amazing sitter who communicated very well, carefully followed our instructions, and went above and beyond making sure that our cat was happy and our home was neat and tidy! Provided great care for my cat! They visited her for playtime, cleaned the litterbox, and made sure her food and water were taken care of. Lots of pictures too, which was a comfort for us as we traveled. They even took care of some houseplants we had, since we were away for two weeks. Would book with them again!

Luisa was great! She asked me if I wanted to meet via video before her visit and she was quick to ask all of the right questions. She was also sweet, genuine, and friendly. Felt like I was asking a good friend to come visit my cat. She left detailed summaries of her visits which demonstrated she worked hard to get to know my kitty and to be thoughtful about the visit.
