Emma was loving and sweet to my dog for the week we were away. I was worried about leaving our 12 year old lab for a week, but Emma was very attentive to his needs and patient when he was slow, stubborn, or having trouble with his hips. He enjoyed her visits and nice long walks. Emma was dependable, professional, responsive, timely, and always gave immediate summaries and photos after each visit. She even brought in Amazon deliveries and wiped up his water bowl drool pools. It was a low stress experience for our dog as he was able to stay in the comfort of his home. The best cat sitters!!! Responds quickly, great availability, follows instructions, and most importantly, took expert care of my cat over a 17-day vacation. I came home to a clean house and happy cat. The communication after each visit also set my mind at ease and showed my cat receiving enrichment during such a long holiday. I booked Bronte only a few days before leaving. She was responsive and easy to work with. I loved receiving photos from each visit. She took great care of my cats, and even washed the dishes on her last visit. I would recommend Bronte and plan to book again in the future.
