Cat Sitting in Sunshine

As a first time user of Rover, I was initially nervous to book a sitter for our cats, but Alex was quick to respond and super friendly! I appreciated her communicativeness and the daily photos/check-ins. My cat Lana immediately warmed up to her, and our hidden, anxious cat Oliver got paid some special attention. She saved us from stress during our last-minute vacation and we would definitely book Alex again!

My experience with Leah was wonderful! She promptly responded to my initial request and we scheduled a Meet and Greet at my home. She showed obvious knowledge of animals and asked pertinent questions about caring for my cats. While I was gone I received daily check-ins through the Rover app with several pictures. It was clear that my cats were comfortable with her, and enjoyed her petting! My kitchen was left very clean. I am very pleased to have found Leah and highly recommend her services.

Alena took care of our senior cat for 10 days and lived in our home. She is exceptional in every way! She really understands animals, is highly attentive, can administer medications, organized, punctual, kind, efficient, and a genuinely nice person. We will be hiring her again.....and again!

Jeannine was wonderful! She came to our house the day before to meet us and get the instructions for feeding our cat, Tipsy. Every day I received confirmation that he was fed, had fresh water and his kitty litter box was clean. Even though he is a true scaredy cat and afraid of everyone, Jeannine was able to capture a picture of him. I highly recommend Jeannine. She lovingly made sure that our cat was taken care of. She took care of my Kitties last minute, and one of them I adopted a week ago and they weren't quite on hospitable terms yet. She allowed them to interact gently while being ready to separate in case of throwing paws. She also followed special feeding directions for my elderly cat who needs stuff mixed in and her pate in an extra soupy mash.

Alexa was truly a cat whisperer with my two cats. She approached them on their terms (because cats don’t always warm up immediately!!) and I was rewarded with many pictures and videos of both my cats enjoying her company. She made sure to play and snuggle the cats, giving them fulfilling visits alongside the basic food/litter necessities. I also appreciated that she paid careful attention to the litter habits. I have two boys, and those are known to get urinary problems as they are older. She did a wonderful job communicating her visits and sent plenty of pictures and videos so I could get my cat fix from afar! Alexa also proved flexible when my flight was almost cancelled, confirming that she would be available to continue checking in on them. I’ll definitely book with her again!!

Marion was so generous while checking on our cats during the holidays. She gave them extra love and attention above and beyond what we expected! We came home to very happy cats that were almost disappointed it was us walking in the door rather than her! Thank you so much, Marion!!

Julia is the best! Thanks so much for taking care of our cat while we had our wedding. Even extended it to the night before last minute and she was able to start the visit early.
