House Sitting in Thrift

Emily was great with our Samoyed and super easy to work with. She was flexible and when our flight got delayed that impacted out travel plans last minute, she agreed to extend her stay.which was a huge relief. We will be using Emily again and highly recommend her.

Dana was so nice and took great care of our pup. She was very responsive and kept us up to date on all the goings on. She was also very respectful of our house! We will definitely use her again!

We cannot recommend Hannah enough!! She went above and beyond while taking care of our two dogs, making sure they were happy, well-loved, and cared for the entire time we were away. She was incredibly responsive, answering every message and question quickly. Also, our house was spotless when we came home and the dogs were so happy!! What made her even more special was the thoughtful wedding gift she surprised us with when we arrived home. It was such a kind and personal touch that meant so much to us! Having someone as trustworthy and thoughtful as Hannah is such a rare fine and we are beyond grateful for her. If you’re looking for someone reliable and caring to care for your pets, Hannah’s your girl!

Carly is great! She looked after our dog at our house for the weekend and we were very happy with her care. She’s communicative and attentive and our dog was very happy when we got home. We look forward to having Carly care for our pup again!

Ayanna took care of our pets and house for a second time. She is amazing. She really keeps you in the know about your pets and house. Her communication is spectacular. She even cleaned the cat litter, threw the old litter out, and put the new litter in. That alone is worth more than 5 stats. She pays attention to details. We couldn't ask for a better sitter.

Brittany does a wonderful job! We’re repeat customers and our kitties were so excited when Brittany came back to stay with them again. She’s very detail oriented, attentive, and an excellent communicator. We’ll definitely use Brittany again.

Mary "Liz" took great care of our Spot. She was quick to respond to our texts, and gave updates each day. I can tell she really loves her job. I highly recommend her. -Sarah

Steven was amazing. He took such good care of my babies. He sent pictures every day which was really nice to see them and see how happy they were. I'm so thankful I found Steven!

Our pets were happy and healthy when we returned from a long weekend. Anna provided pictures and text updates on our cat and dog. Anna also responded to our texts in a timely manner. We recommend Anna as a Rover sitter and would book with her again in the future.

I can’t rave enough about what a wonderful job Heather and her partner Trey did house sitting for me while I was traveling for a week. They followed the care instructions for my three cats to the letter, including a prescription regimen for one cat in particular. They were responsive to my messages and I received daily updates and photos which gave me great peace of mind. They took care of my indoor and outdoor plants, filled the bird feeders and even did damage control after a storm. Typically when I return from travel I’m filled with worry that I’ll need to spend hours putting my home back together reviving plants, washing linens and restocking the kitchen. None of that was necessary after this trip. I’m incredibly grateful and already rebooking them for my next trip.

Tia is wonderful with our dog, sends status updates, and takes great care of our house. Looking forward to our next getaway!

Kristal was great with my grumpy old men. She was able to get my senior dogs on short walks and outdoor time while my family was away. Both dogs get medicine with their food and Kristal was great and making sure their needs were met. She sent several photos a day while caring for Jake and Sampson. Would definitely use her again to care for my dogs.

Truly above and beyond the best dog sitter we’ve ever had. Our two baby’s are always so upset with us after any extended time away, and sadly usually very anxious as well. After being gone for the longest we’ve ever been away from them- they were like we never left! If they could talk I’m certain they’re thanking us for leaving them in awesome company. The second we met Denai we felt her kind and genuine energy…and so did the dogs (our judgers**.) Denai handled the chaos of two very large and puppy-mannered dogs like a loving family member. She always kept us in the loop, without in any way overwhelming us with communication while on vacation. My husband and I still agree we felt like we won the dog-sitter roulette with Denai. Thank you soooo much for everything you did for us, Luna and Ham ❤️ If you’re wondering if she’s the right sitter for you the answer very seriously is yes.

Jasmine was the best! We were able to do a meet and greet beforehand and my pup bonded immediately. She was communicative throughout my whole time away and send video and pictures so I had updates. She is professional and her love of animals shines through. I’ll be using her again in the future.
