This was my first time using Rover. I was nervous but when I met Yazmin all my fears were put to rest. We did a meet and greet before our scheduled vacation. While in vacation Yazmin sent pictures and notes to keep me informed on my babies. My little heeler is very particular about his people..and he LOVED Yazmin!!! She is fantastic!!! 100% recommend!!
Anna Marie and Carlos were amazing! I loved the reports that I received after each check in. Gizmo looked really happy and comfortable with them which in turn made me very comfortable. Anna Marie always ensured that if she had a question/concern, she contacted me directly within a timely manner which showed she was a true professional and was on top of her game in caring for my little one. I will definitely be utilizing their service again because I do not trust many people with my precious cargo but because he was so very comfortable with them, I wouldn't hesitate. Atiyana is the BEST!!!!! She always takes great good care of my Kilo! I never have to worry when she watches him for me. She always sends plenty of pictures & video :)! Kilo loves her & gets so happy when she comes to the house. Very Highly Recommended!!!
