We, and our pups, absolutely love Kristy! We book Kristy every single time we take a trip and feel much better knowing our girls are in great hands!

Connie was new to me, as my usual Rover provider wasn’t available the days I needed. She is very personable, relatable, funny, kind, was nice to talk to- and always very prompt. Connie was FANTASTIC with my pup Paige, and new kitten Loki- and they both took to her right away (which is rare for Loki to warm up so soon). She made time (on short notice!) to come for a meet & greet to spend time with them, so they’d be comfortable when she came for her booking dates. She left very detailed notes for each visit, and took tons of phenomenal photos (truly great shots from a photographers eye & timing!!!) which really reassured me she was taking the time agreed and really interacting and caring for them. She even went the extra mile and brought packages that arrived (and notified me too!) in my absence inside the foyer for safe keeping. The pets and house were well taken care of, and I think Paige and Loki miss their new check in friend. Will definitely rebook with Connie again!

Jennifer was a dream for us. We have very needy cats and we were anxious about how they would react to a stranger coming in, but it worked out incredibly well! They seemed to like her, she sent us daily updates and photos, she was very flexible, and really we could not have been happier!

Dominique did phenominally. She played super well with my Giant Schnauzer (Burgo), but was also very confident with him. Without question, she is someone who understands big dogs. I finally found someone who I can rely on for pet care, without having to bother my friends all the time! I know Burgo will be sad to not see his new friend for a while, but he's going to go crazy next time Dominique stops in!

There aren’t enough superlatives to describe what a wonderful job Anhelika did with my cat Chloe. I think Chloe fell in love with her! She is a natural with pets, she spent time with Chloe each time she came and as a result Chloe grew to trust her very quickly. I’m really secretly disappointed I can’t keep Anhelika to myself! 😄 Anyway I would 1000% recommend her, she was fabulous.

Valerie does a great job communicating and the dogs are so happy when she comes! Thank you for being so flexible and available to care for my doggies.

Jen was amazing! She was incredibly kind and took the best care of all of my fur babies. She took the time to make sure they all got the attention they needed while we were away and took all of the anxiety out of leaving my dogs with a pet sitter. I highly recommend her and will definitely be booking with her in the future!

We are very very happy with the care Maureen has given Pinto, she continues to give us detailed notes and updates on his day to day activities and behavior. We love seeing the many pictures that she posts which help us in not missing Pinto so much!!

Sarah did an excellent job taking care of my cats while I was away in a work trip. She was very good about communicating and responded to any questions or concerns I had. Will definitely book her again when I travel!

This was our first time using Ellie and the Rover app. We were surprised that our shy cat quickly warmed up to her. It made us so comfortable leaving him for her to look in on. We will definitely be contacting her again.

Kristine was great with Rowan. Rowan normally can exhibit a bit of separation anxiety when you come and go, but the pics and descriptions show him relaxed and playful. I was so hesitant to try an in-home sitter, but it worked out great. Normally when we board, he is so stressed from us leaving that he doesn't eat well and his regularity is interrupted, but Kristin's in-home care provided the right mix of location, affection, & attention that resembled a normal day in the life minus the anxiety. He was so relaxed when we came home. We put our trust in Kristine and it proved to be the best thing for Rowan. I would hire her again in a second. Kristine, you take the worry out of leaving Rowan when we are out of town. Thank you so much!

Becky helped me with a last minute need, literally day of contacting her, meet and greet and care for my girl that same evening. So happy to have found her. She was so sweet and patient with my dog who can be anxious. Will definitely use her again and again.

Amber is a great person that is kind and caring. This is the first time I have left my cats with someone that isn’t family; she definitely made the experience positive and I know I will be calling her in the future.

James was fantastic with Sofi and awesome keeping me posted of his visits. He is very carrying and responsible person, communications with him were a breeze. Highly recommend him.
