Melanie was wonderful with Taake during their meet and greet and several hour visit (separation anxiety pup). Melanie sent hourly updates with photos which I didn’t expect, but really appreciated! She was flexible and was a great communicator throughout- would recommend.

Michael was wonderful with our two cats. He won them over with much TLC, and they clearly thought he was great. Michael was conscientious in feeding and caring for them each day, and he kept us updated on how things were going while we were away. We would definitely hire Michael again!

Ambar was amazing.m doing drop-in visits with out cat. Our cat is pretty wary of strangers, but Ambar played with her until she was m willing to accept pets and took wonderful care of her throughout. We got daily reports on how she was doing and lots of pictures and videos. If we need drop-in pet care again, Ambar will be our first call!

Drew was great with our kitties! They were happy and well cared for. Drew was always excellent with communication, and he even went above and beyond in care by making sure everything was very clean in the process (without needing to even be asked). This was my first time using Rover and Khadija took great care of my cat. She sent me videos and pics of Ollie that put my mind at ease. She was also willing to come by two days before to collect the keys and meet my cat. Great experience and highly recommend!

Natalia was great with our dog and extremely communicative. We had an issue with our lock and she went above and beyond trying to help us sort it out. We really appreciate all of her help and would work with her again no question!

Can't say enough about Jason! From fixing my booking dates (I booked 3 drop ins instead of 1 for multiple days), cleaning up after my dog had an accident, putting dirty laundry in wash and spending extra time with Petunia until she is comfortable. He keeps in constant communication with Rover card and pics or text messages when something is wrong. Thank you, I really appreciate your help.
