Teffni was great — communicative, extremely prompt, friendly, punctual, and took great care of my five cats. I really appreciated the pictures she sent me and that she immediately responded when I asked about one cat who wasn’t pictured (she was napping). I’ll definitely try to rebook her for future visits.

Amanda is THE BEST! Punctual, knowledgeable, and so great with our big, moody dog. I also struggled to reschedule a few visits and she handled it. How do I tip more than 20%?

Melanie was wonderful with Taake during their meet and greet and several hour visit (separation anxiety pup). Melanie sent hourly updates with photos which I didn’t expect, but really appreciated! She was flexible and was a great communicator throughout- would recommend.

Khadija took care of my 2 cats for three days, through drop-in visits. I was very anxious to leave my little ones with a new person and what helped me to relax is the fact that Khadija answered my request very quickly. While I was away, each time I had a question to Khadija, she also answered me right away and I am very grateful for that. I met Khadija and her boyfriend at the meet and greet, they are both very pleasant, kind and caring with pets. Thank you very much to you both!

Drew was great with our kitties! They were happy and well cared for. Drew was always excellent with communication, and he even went above and beyond in care by making sure everything was very clean in the process (without needing to even be asked). We are very happy with the service he provided and we will definitely book again in the future!

Natalia was so fantastic with our cats and us. It was our first time leaving them alone since we adopted them six months ago so we were anxious to leave them, but Natalia put us at ease that they were being well cared for while we were away. She is an excellent communicator and we really appreciated all the pictures showing them eating and having fun playing with them. Natalia went above and beyond to make sure that our fur babies were fed, watered, had clean litter, and human interaction. She is fantastic and we would feel fortunate to have her watch our cats again.

We’ve had Michael come by for a walk and a few drip in visits with our very anxious dog. Our dog does not warm up to anyone quickly and Michael has had the patience and good attitude to be able to meet his needs. We are grateful to him for taking care of our baby and would will not hesitate to book again or recommend him to anyone.

Helene was very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. She did a great job of caring for our cats so that we could enjoy our vacation. Highly recommend!

Cindy is fantastic!! She was able to assist by buying food and setting up a feeder for my outdoor cat with very short notice. She was easy to communicate with and was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend Cindy to anyone who is needing help with their pets. 10/10!
