Excellent experience. This was our first time using a Rover and from the initial meet and greet with John, we could tell he is a friendly, honest person who is an all around animal lover. He kept us updated throughout his time with our cat, including pictures, and he went above and beyond by leaving a written record of everything that he did each day to care for her. We will definitely be using John again and would recommend him to anyone else looking for a trustworthy person to care for their pets.

Austin is a very reliable pal for your puppies! This was our first time hiring him, he was nice enough to come over for an introductory meeting first. We trusted him to come into our home, care for the dogs and lock up when he left. He did a great job and sent pictures. Looks like we have found our go to sitter for our fur-babies. Highly recommend!
