Leah went above and beyond! She provided great care, detailed updates, and helped work through some unexpected challenges that came up while I was gone. Very grateful for her help with Bea and Rani and the peace of mind she provided while I was gone for a week!

Casie has been a perfect cat sitter for us from start to finish. I was impressed with her fast response time and her experience with cats. Our cat, who doesn’t warm up to others easily, immediately warmed up to Casie the moment they met. Because of Casie, our cat thrived when we were away. Casie went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met properly, and that we can enjoy our trip with little worries. Her updates were detailed and reassuring. We came home to a relaxed, happy cat who had clearly been well cared for. Our cat would highly recommend her if she could, and so do we!

Keira was amazing! This was our first time doing drop-in visits for our dogs, so I was honestly a little nervous about how it would go — but she made everything so easy and stress-free. She took such good care of our pups and kept us updated the whole time, which really helped me relax while we were away. I also really appreciated that she took the time to come meet the dogs (and our family!) before our trip. You can tell she genuinely loves animals and wants to make sure they’re comfortable and happy. Keira is super trustworthy, kind, and just great with animals. Shania has been very attentive while dealing with our cats. Always checking in and being communicative. When we had an issue with the water fountain, she notified us right away and came up with a temporary solution. I would recommend her to friends, and would book her again.

Ashton was incredible to work with, from the meet and greet greet to the final check in. The communication was stellar, and I swear, my apartment is cleaner after Ashton’s visits! Sophie was patient, understanding, and careful with my timid cat who needed medication. She communicated well and I appreciate the level of care she took with my kitties.

Brent took great care of our dog Porter over the Thanksgiving holiday. Brent was very prompt in his communications and with his multiple visits with Porter. He and Pablo were great company for Porter while we were away. Will definitely use again.

This is our fourth time booking with Anna, and we keep coming back because we just love her that much! She’s always punctual, sending us cute photos of our boys and willing to work with us when we need some flexibility. Anna is quite literally the best around and we will be booking with her again in the future!

I booked Bronte only a few days before leaving. She was responsive and easy to work with. I loved receiving photos from each visit. She took great care of my cats, and even washed the dishes on her last visit. I would recommend Bronte and plan to book again in the future.
