Dog Boarding in Winfield Heights

This was my first time ever using Rover so I was very nervous - however, Rodney and Marissa were amazing!! I have two dogs - a younger one and a senior girl and they made sure they were both comfortable in their home. They sent updates every two days while we were on our trip and they made us so happy knowing our girls were taken care of. I was very nervous leaving my old senior dog with someone new, but Rodney made sure she was comfortable and happy the whole time! Definitely will be using them again in the future for when we go on vacation again :)

Jolene and her family were great, their place is located in a country setting on a non busy road which gave me peace of mind. Pick up and drop off was extremely easy and while my pet was being boarded I would receive an update and pics everyday. I highly recommend.

I can’t recommend Ren W. enough! He took my dog Asami on short notice, and I truly appreciated the excellent communication and photo updates. My dog can be anxious around strangers, but she did absolutely amazing in his home. When I picked her up, she was happy and well cared for. Thank you so much for everything!

Heather was absolutely wonderful with our dogs. We have a 5 month old puppy and she was awesome with him. We even had a last minute vet appointment and our older dog needed medication, she was fine with administering it. She was very communicative and shared lots of pictures. Book with her!

This was Cooper’s first stay with James and Mary and it was a great stay! This friendly and caring couple sent photos of Cooper to me twice a day! They have all the amenities for good dog care. I will gladly rebook with them !

Ashley was so communicative. She sent pictures and updates throughout the week. Her husband Joshua greeted us on arrival and was there when we picked up our pup. Thank you!

I was looking for a sitter that service one client at a time. From the 1st meet and greet, Mila has a gentle, warm, loving and inviting spirit. My dog, Minnie, will start shaking if she is not comfortable. She fit in Mila’s arms like a glove. Minnie was so comfortable with her and didn’t want to leave. Mila’s apartment is immaculate and dog friendly. Minnie is a senior dog and Mila administered her with special care of eye drops and supplements. I was on a cruise and a couple days without contact. I felt very comfortable with Mila. When I reached an island, Mila responded right away and sent me pictures. I will use her services again and I highly recommend Mila.

Carla was great with my dog Theo while my family was on vacation. This was my family’s first time using Rover, and she made everything so easy. She responded quickly to every question, and she sent daily updates and pictures. We will definitely be booking with Carla again.

We had our Charlie stay with Ms. Theresa for a 3 day, 2 night trip and are so very grateful for her kind, thoughtful service. We received many updates and photos of our little guy, and it is clear he was well cared for in our absence. Even more, he was loved. Truly couldn’t ask for anything more. We will not hesitate to book with her again.

Rachel and Rick went above and beyond to take care of Maxwell, traveling over an hour each why because I’m handicapped and can’t drivers. Took Maxwell on an emergency call, for me to get admitted to hospital. Extremely understanding and insightful compassionate people, who cared about and helped support me as well as my baby boy. Would love to use them again, but making use of UberPets to drive Max , because I don’t want to take advantage of there kindness.

We loved Margaret and her family! Will absolutely use her again. Communication was clear, with great pictures, and Margaret was friendly and easygoing. Thank you!

We have used Kurt several times now and have had a great experience every time! Kurt makes sure to send us daily updates and pictures and our yellow lab, Riley, and she always seems to have enjoyed herself when she has stayed with him.

She’s awesome because she sent pictures of my dog that how he’s doing and also communicated through texting how he’s doing too. I really appreciated it. Thanks for her watching my dog.

We felt very comfortable leaving Chico with Felice. Chico is a lover and somewhat of a “lapdog”, so Felice’s affectionate nature (as well as her knowledge of dog behavior) made him feel at home with her dog and her other dog guest. We won’t hesitate to request her again!

Mandie’s time with Alicia and James was her first time away from home. She was indeed a happy camper as exhibited by the pictures that I received of her during her visit. I have every intention of having her stay with them during any future trips I might take.

Kimberly was amazing. My dog felt immediately at home and I enjoyed the experience. Throughout the period my dog was in Kimberly's care, I was sent pictures periodically highlighting the amazing time my dog was having and even after we left, I sensed my dog missed his play buddies at Kimberly's home. Highly recommend.

Our pup had a great time at Renee's! She is extremely friendly and communicated frequently and quickly with us. I almost thought our dog wasn't ready to come home and she was there over a week! I had no concerns our dog was in good hands and being loved and cared for while we were away.

Varsha was amazing and Huncho clicked right in as if they belonged to each other. She really cared for Huncho as if he was her own dog. She texted and sent pictures every single day of Huncho's day. Chris was amazing taking care of my dog over the New Year for 5 days. She kept me updated all the time, she is very friendly, personal and professional with dogs. I have a very active , playful three years old dogo Argentina who needs lots of attention, activities and walks. I am very happy with her services. Dog looked healthy and happy with personal nacklr
