Our cats loved her! She is very attentive and likes to get to know the cats well, asking about their behaviors and tendencies, really appreciated her!

Des, Thank you so much for taking such good care of Hello during our emergency. You did an excellent job with the fluid injections—you’re such a quick learner and incredibly patient. As usual, Brent is amazing and saves the day. He’s so flexible to help me and so good with my cats. It’s always hard for me to leave them, but now I don’t have to worry at all when Brent comes. Not only has he helped me with my cats, but he also looks after the house and makes sure everything is safe and good to go. 1000% recommend Brent

Kelly is awesome. Came home to four very happy cats. Excellent communication and just made us feel at ease being away from the cats especially our new kitten.

Alexa was truly a cat whisperer with my two cats. She approached them on their terms (because cats don’t always warm up immediately!!) and I was rewarded with many pictures and videos of both my cats enjoying her company. She made sure to play and snuggle the cats, giving them fulfilling visits alongside the basic food/litter necessities. I also appreciated that she paid careful attention to the litter habits. I have two boys, and those are known to get urinary problems as they are older. She did a wonderful job communicating her visits and sent plenty of pictures and videos so I could get my cat fix from afar! Alexa also proved flexible when my flight was almost cancelled, confirming that she would be available to continue checking in on them. I’ll definitely book with her again!!

Joann came in on short notice to take care of our cats, and did a wonderful job. We would not hesitate to use her again; she was terrific!

Delaney was great. She took care of our little guy, was very conscientious and detail oriented. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and will definitely use her again when the need arises.
