House Sitting in Athearns Corner

Carla was great with our two dogs and very patient with their different personalities. She kept me updated with everything and I think our kitchen was cleaner than when we'd left it. The pups are happy and we will definitely work with Carla again!

Gillian is amazing. Not only did she do a wonderful job with our dogs, she kept our house tidy and cleaned up our driveway following a snow storm. Gillian would start every morning with a text, letting us know when/if she would be leaving the house and for how long, along with some photos of our boys. Her organization, responsiveness and the care exhibited towards our pups made us very confident she was the best person we could have found.

Alison was a wonderful pet sitter. She daily kept me informed and provided photos. My home was kept in wonderful condition . My only hesitation in recommending is she’ll become so popular she won’t be available when I need her next!! I highly recommend Alison as a pet/house sitter. I will be using her in the future . Glendon is a gift! He stayed at my home with my two girls, Lucy and Olivia, for 10 days while I was away and I felt reassured the entire time. Glendon is responsive, honest, transparent, responsible, and a stellar communicator. He has an excellent sense of humor and calm about him and my girls adore him as do I. He took thoughtful care with my home as well - above and beyond. Loved that he send photos and videos of my girls while I was away. I'm so appreciative of Glendon and will 100% hire him again to care for my home and animals. He's a lovely human. Thank you!

Gwen takes such great care of our corgi Gus! Gwen is very reliable and we trust her completely. Gwen goes above and beyond and Gus is always happy and healthy when we return. Thank you Gwen!!! You are the best!

Ash stayed with Apollo and our chickens for several days when we were out of town. She took fantastic care of the animals and the house. Lots of updates and communication. Apollo loves her!

Marlowe was awesome! Very prompt and communicative, went with the flow of our needs and sent photos of her day with our dogs and cats. I felt very comfortable with her and knew they were all in great hands.

Caroline was great with my high anxiety Pomeranian! I used her for a long day at work since my dog had started getting some separation anxiety from me being home so much these last few months and he was quite calm when I got home. He doesn’t play or do much of anything but was also exhausted when I got home which was wonderful because I was too!

Melissa was very communicative and was great with Shiloh. I really trusted her with my dog and house. Melissa will definitely be my first choice next time I need Rover.

Bohni is wonderful! Very attentive and caring! We are very grateful our puppy is in good hands!

Annabelle is an excellent communicator and a very nice person. She took great care of my dog and house.

I could write paragraphs about how amazing Atlas is. Atlas is communicative, responsive, and always looking out for our dogs. We will always book with Atlas and frankly, so should everyone else.

When it came time for us to leave our sweet little Davey boy at home for nearly two weeks to visit family out of state we turned to Rover and found Jill. We did a meet and greet prior to leaving and instantly my apprehension was put aside. Jill has the magic touch, our little guy gravitated to her right away and she nearly out him to sleep standing up with some masterful ear rubs. Almost immediately upon leaving we were receiving picture and video updates of one very happy dog. Hill was so communicative and clearly loves the dogs in her care. They went for long walks and she stayed at our house so that Dave could be in his own environment. She kept the updates coming the whole time we were away and it did our hearts so much good to see he was having a fun, totally relaxed, time with his newest pal in his own house. We of course missed him terribly but Jill did all the right things to allay the nerves or even the most neurotic new dog parents. We returned to a happy, healthy, much loved little dog, who looked like he had a good brushing recently and the house was immaculate. A kind note on the counter and a wagging tail- what more could one ask for from a dog sitter. Jill is a genuine , kind , responsible and communicative person who obviously loves dogs with her whole heart and understands how much they mean to their owners. Jill will be out first choice in dog sitters from here on out and we truly cannot recommend her enough. If you want to go away and feel like your dog is in the best possible loving care- Jill is the dog sitter for you !

If you read what Amanda wrote about herself, you can absolutely believe every word. She took care of our two dogs and gave them such loving care and was very attentive to their needs. She is an excellent communicator and is responsible, experienced, and conscientious in all aspects of her job. Plus she is a delightful person to know. We highly recommend her and look forward to having her sit for us again.

What a relief coming home to a well-cared for house and very happy pets! Absolutely will rebook!
