Dog Boarding in Cardville

I will 100% be booking with Kate again. My girl Raven is high anxiety with separation issues and she was so well taken care of. I knew I didnt have to worry about her at all. Kate was also super flexible with drop off and pickup times and made our going on vacation so much easier than what I originally planned.

Daisy was fantastic! She was able to work with us for the timing we needed for Chance, and sent updates throughout, including right after Chance had successfully met her pups. :)

Everything was great. Tan understood my concerns about things with my dog and asked questions to help care for the dog on our leave. Many pictures and videos were sent that helped put my mind at ease knowing that my dog was having a great time and not becoming a grumpy pants that didn't want to socialize and have my dog make me look a little foolish. Tan let us bring items that belonged to our dog and I believe that helped with the getting used to process. Much appreciated and thankful for taking care of our dog!

Elizabeth was great with our dog. She was really flexible and communicative, especially for a holiday.

Melissa provides prompt and friendly communications. My dog was very happy and returned without any stress. A great experience.

I cannot say enough positive things about Riley's stay with Joseph! It is clear that Joey LOVES dogs and knows them well. We were a bit nervous to leave our pup somewhere new as she has been by our side every day since covid started. We got a ton of communication from him and all of our fears were eased so quickly. Riley requires a lot of physical activity and she got a lot of ball playing time with Joey while she was there. She loved playing with the other pups as well. In fact, I think she missed Joey and his doggy haven after she got home! Thanks for everything Joey!

This is our second time boarding with Nieves and her care for our dogs never disappoints. Our dogs went for one night and came home exhausted so we know they had a good time! Nieves always sends pictures. She does well with communication during their stay.

My elderly dog was well taken care of for 8 days. Her daily medication was given as directed. She sometimes doesn't eat much in a new environment, but started eating normally the second day, meaning she was comfortable in her surroundings. She's usually a loner, but hung around with the other dogs there, but especially Lenny. (Thanks, Lenny!) I would leave Gracie with Shmerl again in a heartbeat!

Matt was absolutely fantastic to simply put it. Matt was able to help me out in a pinch, he is incredibly knowledgeable, and confident in caring for dogs. Matt communicated every step of the way and never once did I feel uneasy or question how my dog was doing! He sent frequent updates with pictures of his dog and mine playing outside and napping off their adventures. My dog Oliver ended up getting a hotspot almost immediately before Matt was supposed to care for him and there wasn't a moment I felt concerned with his care and Oliver had an amazing time! Matt took the time to ask about treatment and how I wanted him to be cared for. Matt adapted to any form of communication I needed and I have never had an easier time working with someone. I genuinely appreciated Matt wanting to meet my dog first and get all the information before blindly accepting a boarding request which I think every person should do no matter how "friendly" we think our K-9 friend are. Thank you, Matt for taking such good care of Oliver and I cannot recommend you enough to anyone looking for boarding and believe that any dog would benefit greatly from you!
